Day 1: Thursday 27th Oct 2022        BATEMAN’S BAY      (L, D)

All Aboard! Today we begin our relaxing holiday to Batemans Bay. Set off traveling through Gundagai where we will be having a stop for lunch. Concluding lunch, we continue on through Bungendore and Braidwood till we reach Batemans Bay. For the next four nights our accommodation will be at the Araluen Motor Lodge, Batehaven.  

Day 2: Friday 28th Oct        SCENIC DRIVE- MOGO ZOO            (B, D)

After and hearty Breakfast! We go for a scenic drive to some of Eurobodalla’s picturesque scenery stopping along the way at Mossy Point Lookout, Moruya River and Granite Quarry. Eurobodalla region stretches from South Durras in the north to the historic village of Tilba Tilba in the south, and is a lush playground of ocean, river, forest and farmland. Later this morning we visit Mogo Zoo, enjoy morning tea and a talk with the keepers. While roaming around viewing the many animals Lions, Rhinos, Giraffes, Monkeys and Tigers. For lunch we will enjoy at Mogo Village and have some free time explore the craft shops.   

Day 3: Saturday 29th Oct         TILBA- NAROOMA – BODELLA           (B, D)

This experience this morning will be tranquil and peaceful. Situated in the gorgeous Tilba Tilba valley and surrounded by five acres of exquisite gardens, The Fox Gloves Spires Garden are truly beautiful! There will also be time to visit the quaint Central Tilba (A National Trust Classified Town). Followed with a visit to the ABC Cheese Factory for a talk and tasting of the delicious produce. We say goodbye to the central Tilba and travel to Narooma known as the rhapsody in blue, such are the colours of the water that embrace this beautiful town. We stop at the Narooma Visitors Centre and see the Montague Lighthouse, heritage-listed active lighthouse located on Montague Island, an island in the Tasman Sea. 

Day 4: Sunday 30th Oct                CRUISE           (B, L, D)

This morning we visit the Bateman’s Bay Heritage Museum and Water Garden. Sited on the edge of the CBD, next to the town’s Water Gardens, this heritage listed former Courthouse, Police Station and Residence is a well maintained visitor-friendly attraction, offering a broad mix of permanent, temporary and travelling exhibitions. Outbuildings contain specialist displays including timber-town history, and south coast NSW Geology. Then we enjoy a Lunch Cruise on the Clyde River.  Clyde River National Park is a secluded water sport playground near Batemans Bay, just waiting to be explored. With 9km of river frontage, steep forested hills, tree-lined foreshores with mangroves, and rare patches of saltmarsh, there are plenty of beautiful locations to discover. Before we conclude the day we will take a relaxing stroll on Corrigan’s Beach.   

Day 5: Monday 31st Oct               HOME              (B, L)

This morning we say goodbye to the beautiful seaside town of Batemans Bay. Making our way back home through Albury. But before we head home, we will stop at The Sir George. Located in the idyllic Village of Jugiong. For a beautiful feast of Australian fresh produce to cap off a delightful tour.
